Much has been accomplished
since the Bone and Joint Decade began, and it has become clear that this effort should be maintained. As we enter the Decade's
10th year, the U. S. Bone and Joint Decade (USBJD) has decided the organization will continue. The global Bone and Joint Decade
also has received a mandate to continue this important work, worldwide. To reflect the vibrant and ongoing nature of the organization in
the United States, we are changing our name to the United States Bone and Joint Initiative. Read more about plans for the organization.
